Job Description:

This 13-week assignment takes place in the Cardiopulmonary unit of TriStar StoneCrest in Smyrna, TN. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts, providing support in a 116-bed facility that values teamwork and innovative care. Expect to utilize advanced equipment like Dräger vents and Pyxis medication dispensing systems, while engaging in procedures that require BLS and ACLS certification, with NRP preferred. Your role will involve collaborating with a dedicated team of RTs, maintaining communication standards such as AIDET, and helping ensure smooth unit operations through documentation in Meditech. Every other weekend, you'll bring your problem-solving skills to a setting that emphasizes quality and patient experience, all while embracing a professional but approachable environment. This role is perfect for those eager to make an impact in a trauma-level III hospital with a supportive team and modern equipment.
