Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers an engaging telemetry nursing opportunity on a geriatrics-focused unit. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts, providing vital signs monitoring, administering medications, and observing patients with behavioral disturbances, including dementia and confusion in an 8-bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit. Expect to collaborate with a team of 1-2 CNAs per shift and participate in biweekly orientation sessions. The role involves a focus on geriatrics with complex medical and behavioral needs, giving you a chance to enhance your telemetry skills while providing compassionate, specialized care in a supportive environment. Please note that pre-assignment ECG and medication testing are required, and RTO requests are to be submitted at the time of application.
