Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you as a registered nurse overseeing patient care during overnight shifts at a busy Louisville hospital. You'll perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate education for patients and their families. Mentoring staff and contributing to quality improvement initiatives are key parts of your role. Expect to work in a team-focused environment where your expertise supports safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
