Job Description:

Join a versatile RN team at Boston's renowned medical facilities, providing MedSurg/Telemetry/Stepdown care across different units. This float pool role offers a unique opportunity to rotate through specialized departments such as orthopedics, urology, neurology, GYN, cardiology, and cardio-thoracic surgery. The position involves 12-hour night shifts (7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.), with a focus on independent telemetry interpretation and quick adaptation to varying clinical environments. This assignment is perfect for seasoned travelers with recent experience in acute care, especially those comfortable with Meditech and EPIC systems, ready to demonstrate telemetry skills on Day 1. Flexibility with a requirement to work most Fridays, combined with the dynamic experience of multiple units, makes this a distinctive and rewarding travel opportunity.
