Job Description:

Join a renowned Neurosurgical ICU team in Aurora, Colorado, for a 13-week travel assignment as a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, with a focus on neurological assessments, intracranial pressure management, and post-surgical care such as craniotomies and thrombectomies. The shift consists of 12-hour rotating day and night hours, with on-call duties and no weekend requirement. You'll be handling a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, charting on Epic, and floating within the metro region as needed. This is an excellent chance for experienced neuro nurses to expand their skills in a dynamic environment while supporting critically ill patients in a state-of-the-art facility.
