Job Description:

This pediatric RN contract places you at Children's Hospital Colorado on the Anschutz Medical Campus, within the Level 6 – SMSC Surgical Multidisciplinary Specialty Center. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing specialized care to pediatric patients with complex needs such as trach, vent, TPN, and neuro assessments. The role offers a unique chance to deepen expertise in pediatric specialties while floating across units like medical oncology, respiratory, and rehabilitation, adapting quickly to varied clinical scenarios. Expect to handle a patient ratio of approximately 1:3-4, with occasional demands for more intensive care during high-acuity periods. The assignment runs for approximately 13 weeks, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours.
