Job Description:

This 13-week hospital assignment involves providing nursing care primarily during overnight 12-hour night shifts. As part of a float pool team, you'll work across various units including medical, surgical, specialty, hem/onc, and step-down units, with some opportunities to work in the NICU for feeder growers. The role requires managing a diverse patient population, documenting responses to treatments, aiding physicians with examinations and diagnostics, and administering medications and IV therapies. With a focus on adaptability and experience in Level I trauma settings, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and their families. Be prepared for weekend and holiday shifts as part of this engaging healthcare experience.
