Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you on a bustling labor and delivery unit in Williston, ND, where you'll bring your skills to a busy, high-volume obstetric department. You'll be responsible for interpreting fetal strips, titrating medications such as Pitocin, magnesium, and insulin, and floating between Med-Surg and Emergency departments as needed. The role offers a chance to experience a diverse patient mix — primarily obstetric and neonatal cases, including hypertension and GDM — in a setting that emphasizes teamwork, quick thinking, and adaptability. Expect 12-hour day shifts and a supportive environment with charge nurses on every shift to guide you through a fast-paced workload. This position is crucial for delivering safe, quality care in a unit with 15 beds, including both L&D and postpartum.
