Join the OR - LDRP Float Pool RN role supporting facilities across Corvallis, Albany, and Lebanon. This contract offers the chance to experience diverse obstetric and labor management environments, with a focus on labor care, delivery, postpartum support, and fetal monitoring. Flexibility is key—you're expected to float between hospitals, adjusting to different unit needs and schedules, which may include weekend shifts or minimal weekend coverage. Expect an engaging, fast-paced setting where adaptability and a solid skill set in labor and postpartum care are essential. The assignment is well-suited for confident RNs comfortable navigating multiple facilities and handling dynamic situations in women's health care.
