Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in LDRP at a busy Level III Trauma Center in Kalispell, Montana. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work in a supportive environment with a focus on both normal term deliveries and high-risk obstetric cases. Your role will involve managing the full spectrum of labor, delivery, and postpartum care, including couplet care without a well-baby nursery. Expect to handle active and non-active labor scenarios, interpret fetal monitoring strips, and perform procedures like cervical checks, IV starts, and amnio infusions. The setting boasts a vibrant team of OB physicians, midwives, lactation consultants, and hospitalists ensuring comprehensive support. This assignment emphasizes collaboration and expertise in a unit that practices rooming-in and personalized care for mothers and their newborns.
