Job Description:

Join a vibrant maternity unit in Philadelphia that specializes in providing comprehensive care to mothers, newborns, and families. This role involves floating between Labor & Delivery and NICU, offering you a varied and engaging experience. You’ll be performing postpartum and antepartum monitoring, baby care, fetal monitoring (without the need for certification), and supporting a diverse patient population. Expect a collaborative team focused on positive birth experiences and family-centered care, with a nurse-to-patient ratio typically around 1:3. This assignment offers the chance to deepen your obstetric skills while working in a unit that values both expertise and compassion.
