Job Description:

This emergency department contract invites experienced RNs to step into a fast-paced environment, working 12-hour mids from 11a to 11p, including rotating weekends and holidays. No block scheduling means flexibility for the traveler, but consistent dedication to the unit is essential. The role requires acute care expertise, with a focus on emergency procedures and patient stabilization. Scrubs of any color are permitted, and familiarity with Epic EMR is preferred. The position offers a unique chance to immerse oneself in high-energy shifts that challenge clinical skills while being appreciated in a supportive team setting. Local candidates within 50 miles will be given preference, with a reduced local rate accordingly. Proper licensing and current certifications—including BLS, ACLS, and an active Massachusetts RN license—must be verified before onboarding. The weekly commitment is approximately 36 hours across a 13-week assignment. Be prepared for a workload that demands agility, thorough documentation, and the ability to handle diverse emergency scenarios.
