Job Description:

Join a dynamic operating room team in Deming, NM, for a 13-week travel assignment as an OR nurse. This role involves managing complex surgical cases across specialties like Orthopedics, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, and Endoscopy. You'll work Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with on-call responsibility up to 15 days per month. The position requires prior travel experience, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, and an active NM RN license. This assignment offers a chance to collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists, ensuring efficient case flow, quality patient outcomes, and effective communication with families. Be prepared to demonstrate independent critical thinking, handle supply logistics, and assist during surgeries while adhering to regulatory standards.
