Job Description:

Join a busy Labor and Delivery unit as an RN specializing in both labor/postpartum and nursery care. In this role, you’ll be part of a team that handles approximately 50 to 65 deliveries a month, working in a 10-bed LDRP with a Level II nursery. The shift runs from 7 pm to 7 am, with at least three 12-hour night shifts per week and an every-other-weekend schedule. Expect to support both mother and baby through labor, delivery, and postpartum stages, utilizing your experience in both clinical areas. Being comfortable with scrubbing in for C-sections and working in a hospital setting that emphasizes cross-training across labor, postpartum, and nursery care will help ensure your success. The role offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a facility with a Level II nursery and a dedicated operating suite, providing critical care to moms and newborns during this vibrant shift.
