Job Description:

This Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse position offers a unique opportunity to work within a busy obstetrics environment, focusing on women and infants. The role involves providing bedside support during night shifts, primarily from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, across a rotating schedule. You'll be part of a dedicated team managing a unit with 19 rooms, ensuring that each patient receives specialized care. This assignment is ideal for RNs with at least one year of L&D experience, including those with prior travel experience. Expect to float within the women and infants unit as needed and adhere to specific certifications such as AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN standards. This contract keeps your skills sharp and hands-on, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours over 13 weeks, providing plenty of time to explore in your off hours.
