Job Description:

This postpartum and antepartum Registered Nurse position in Frederick, Maryland offers a chance to work on a dedicated Mother-Baby / Couplet Care unit. The role involves caring for postpartum, newborn, and antepartum patients, with opportunities to support Labor & Delivery needs by floating to the L&D unit. You'll be managing patient care during 12-hour days, contributing to a small yet specialized team in a 27-bed unit. The assignment provides a fun mix of routine postpartum tasks, newborn assessments, and antepartum care, all while allowing you to experience a vibrant historic city surrounded by scenic mountain views. Expect to be crossed-trained in antepartum and fetal monitoring, gaining valuable skills in a supportive setting.
