Job Description:

This travel assignment offers neonatal intensive care nurses a chance to work at a renowned Level 1 Trauma teaching hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. You will be caring for premature infants and unstable newborns requiring specialized medical interventions, utilizing advanced ventilators such as SERVO and HFOV, as well as managing complex lines and feeds. The role involves 12-hour night shifts over a 13-week period, with the possibility of floating to the pediatric inpatient unit or additional NICUs within the system, depending on census needs. This position is ideal for nurses with at least 1.5 years of NICU experience eager to expand their expertise in a supportive, high-acuity environment while enjoying the unique opportunity to work across two campuses. The hospital’s sophisticated monitoring systems and dedicated neonatal team make this an engaging and rewarding experience.
