Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week contract as a Case Manager or Utilization Review nurse in Peoria, Illinois, working 8-hour days in inpatient rehabilitation or long-term acute care settings. You'll be collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans for complex patients, ensuring seamless transitions from admission to discharge. Your role will involve managing patient throughput, coordinating resources, and participating in interdisciplinary rounds—sometimes feeling like the conductor of a healthcare orchestra.
