Job Description:

Join us in a rewarding travel healthcare role focused on discharge planning and case management within a hospital setting in Hermiston, Oregon. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work weekdays from 8 am to 4:30 pm, including weekends, coordinating patient transitions, evaluating treatment needs, and advocating for patients and their families.
