This role is perfect for experienced stepdown nurses eager to work in a fast-paced environment, managing patients post-cardiac surgery, CHF, arrhythmias, and other cardiovascular conditions. You'll be delivering care in a setting where every second counts, reading strips, titrating drips like Cardizem and amiodarone, and working alongside a dedicated team to support patient recovery.
