Job Description:

Join a valued healthcare team in Louisville for a 13-week contract as a Registered Nurse (RN). You'll be responsible for caring for a diverse group of patients in a fast-paced, acute inpatient Progressive Care Unit. The role involves performing assessments, developing and revising patient care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive personalized and effective treatment. With a focus on patient and family comfort, education, and safety, your expertise will help maintain quality outcomes, while you also mentor staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives. This assignment offers a balanced day shift, running from 6:45 am to 7:15 pm, every other weekend, providing a steady rhythm for your work and personal life.
