Job Description:

Join a prominent Level I Trauma Center in Charleston as a CVOR Registered Nurse, where you’ll circulate complex cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and surgical cases during 12-hour night shifts. This 13-week contract offers a unique chance to work with advanced procedures like CABG, TAVR, LVAD, Impella, and heart and lung transplants. The role involves a steady rhythm of three night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) with no call requirement, though holiday call may be necessary. If you’ve got at least five years of experience with cardiothoracic and vascular procedures and hold a South Carolina or multi-state RN license, this could be a perfect fit. Expect diverse, challenging cases in a teaching and magnet hospital setting, with institutional support and opportunities for professional growth. Policies allow for some local staffing flexibility, with a 10% rate reduction for local travelers, and plenty of chances to explore the vibrant city of Charleston once off shift.
