Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week travel contract as a PCU Float Registered Nurse in Torrance, CA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a versatile setting, floating between PCU, Medical Step-Down, and Emergency Department units, handling a variety of patient needs. You'll be scheduled for 12-hour day shifts, and your responsibilities will include adapting to different units, managing patient boarding, and supporting the team during peak times—including holidays like Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. This position provides an engaging challenge for those with at least two years of PCU RN experience and the flexibility to float across departments while maintaining high-quality care. The role stands out for its teamwork in a busy hospital environment, showcasing your resilience and adaptability without the pressure of charge nurse responsibilities.
