Job Description:

Join a hospital case management department in Port Charlotte as a traveling Registered Nurse Case Manager. You will coordinate services, assess discharge needs, collaborate with social work, and manage cases across an assigned patient population. Hospital case management experience is required, while InterQual and Meditech experience are preferred. The assignment includes 8-hour day shifts, with every other weekend and holidays worked in rotation with hospital employees.
