Week 2 of this year's Oktoberfest episodes takes us to Empyrean Brewing Company in Lincoln, Nebraska. It's there that they brew "Aries Marzen," an Oktoberfest that is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and like it says on the bottle, "conceived under the fiery sign of the ram then cellared all season for Oktoberfest celebration."
