Job Description:

This 13-week contract positions you as a registered nurse on a busy trauma-focused medical/surgical unit, where you'll be the first to float to various specialized areas within the hospital to meet staffing needs. Expect to handle acute and chronic trauma cases, transfer patients from emergency or ICU, and work in a fast-paced environment with a 1:5 to 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio. Your responsibilities will include managing drips, documenting on EPIC, and working with care techs, transport teams, and paramedics. This role offers the chance to experience a top-tier academic medical center while taking on a variety of challenging and rewarding tasks.
