Job Description:

Join a specialized step-down unit at a renowned hospital in St. Louis, where you'll evaluate, interpret, and manage cardiac rhythms and monitor patients with complex medical needs. This role offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment focused on post-operative care for transplant and surgical patients, including those recovering from hepatobiliary, ENT, plastics, trauma, and orthopedic surgeries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing central lines, arterial lines, and blood product administration, all while utilizing advanced telemetry systems. This assignment provides an opportunity to hone critical care skills without the typical patient care responsibilities, concentrating instead on specialized monitoring and management—think of it as being a rhythm detective in the front lines of critical care.
