Job Description:

This step-down Registered Nurse position on the 7th Floor Intermediate unit offers a unique opportunity to work with true cardiac patients requiring close monitoring. You'll be responsible for managing patients' cardiac rhythms, including reading and reacting to telemetry data, and administering a variety of cardiac drips such as Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Lasix. The role involves night shifts (1900-0730) with every other weekend and holiday required, providing a rhythmic and predictable schedule. This assignment is perfect for nurses who enjoy complex cardiac cases and thrive in a fast-paced, acute care setting that values proficiency in telemetry and cardiac/stroke experience.
