Job Description:

Join our team as a PCU Float Registered Nurse in a role that combines flexibility with a variety of clinical settings. You will provide bedside care in a step-down and PCU environment, with occasional opportunities to float to other specialized units such as the Heart, Brain & Spine, or Dodd. This assignment offers the chance to hone your IV Start, Telemetry, and Epic experience while managing patient ratios of approximately 1:3-4. Your shift will be overnight, 12 hours each, for 13 weeks, delivering a consistent schedule that keeps your nights busy and your days free. Whether you're a seasoned nurse or looking to diversify your skills, this role offers a balanced mix of challenge and opportunity, all within a supportive team environment.
