Job Description:

This travel assignment offers a chance to work during overnight hours in Elmira, New York, focusing on a variety of clinical support tasks. You'll be involved in pushing, pulling, lifting, medication administration, and conducting assessments. The role requires active participation in developing care plans within a 3:1 patient-to-staffer ratio on step-down units and a 5:1 or 6:1 ratio during shifts. Expect to collaborate closely with team members, utilizing strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure smooth operations.
