Job Description:

Join a dedicated cardiac and neuro stepdown unit on a 13-week travel assignment at a well-respected hospital in Evansville, IN. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, caring for adult patients recovering from cardiac procedures, neuro events, and complex interventions. This role offers a blend of clinical challenges, including interpreting 12-lead EKGs, managing post-heart cath care, initiating various drips, and performing neuro assessments with NIHSS. The assignment is perfect for an experienced RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys applying strong assessment and critical thinking skills in a supportive, long-standing team. Expect to float within your skill set first within the campus and potentially to nearby campuses as needed.
