Job Description:

Join us for a travel RN role specializing in Labor & Delivery, where you will play a vital part in overseeing obstetrical care during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases. This assignment offers the chance to work night shifts—12-hour overnight hours from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.—with every other weekend on call to ensure patient safety and smooth deliveries. You'll lead a team of dedicated staff, applying your critical thinking and clinical judgment to support healthy deliveries and neonatal well-being. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to anticipate and plan for safe patient outcomes in a busy obstetrical setting. If you’re a passionate RN with at least two years of Labor & Delivery experience, an active Arkansas or multistate license, ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications, this is a unique opportunity to advance your career while experiencing a new environment.
