Join a specialized step down unit as a Registered Nurse in Charlottesville, VA, where you'll be instrumental in caring for patients transitioning from neuro-intensive settings. This 12-bed unit focuses on neuro trauma, post-hemorrhage care, ENT tumor resections, and post-op spine patients, with a patient ratio of 1:3. Your role will involve administering critical care with an emphasis on neuroscience principles during 12-hour day shifts. This assignment brings the opportunity to work closely with complex neurological cases in a setting that balances hands-on patient care with collaborative team efforts.
