Job Description:

Join our Critical Care Float Pool as an ICU Registered Nurse for weekend night shifts, working 3 days of 12-hour nights. In this role, you'll float across a variety of intensive care units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU, adapting to different patient needs and acuity levels. Your expertise will support multiple units based on staffing requirements, offering a chance to experience diverse critical care environments. This assignment provides the opportunity to work a flexible schedule while applying your ICU skills to a range of specialized units, keeping your critical thinking sharp and your nursing practice dynamic.
