Job Description:

Step into the role of an ICU RN on a 12-hour night shift, where your expertise will be vital to patient stabilization and post-operative recovery in a 13-bed intensive care unit. This assignment is set in a fast-paced, adult-only ICU, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of complex cases such as ventricular assist devices and hemodynamic monitoring. You’ll be responsible for titrating medications, managing ventilators, and coordinating care for critically ill patients, all while floating to other units like PCU, M/S, or Ortho as needed. The schedule includes rotating weekends and holidays to keep the work balanced and engaging.
