Job Description:

Join a fast-paced medical-surgical unit specializing in orthopedic and neuro spine patients, where your expertise in telemetry, IV starts, and post-surgical care will be vital. This 13-week contract offers you the chance to work 12-hour day shifts with a manageable patient ratio of 5-6:1, flexing up to 7:1 during peak times. You'll be on your feet, staying on top of pain management and patient recovery, in a setting that values flexible scheduling options, including block shifts. This role provides an energizing environment for nurses ready to handle a variety of complex cases, with the option to float within the hospital as needed. RTO is not permitted after booking, and all travel nurses must pass EKG testing prior to starting. Prepare to collaborate with a dedicated team focused on efficient, quality patient care in a clinic that keeps pace with rapid patient turnovers.
