Job Description:

This contract position places you in the fast-paced ICU unit of a West Virginia hospital, where you'll work in a busy environment caring for critically ill patients. The role involves managing complex conditions such as sepsis, acute MI, strokes, and renal issues, with responsibilities including invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring and titrating critical drips like vasopressors and sedatives. You'll be working a 12-hour rotating shift, providing vital support alongside a team of hospitalists and RTs. This assignment offers a chance to refine your critical care skills in a challenging, yet rewarding setting that occasionally calls for floating to stepdown or telemetry units.
