Job Description:

Join a respected Level III Trauma Hospital in Lewiston, Maine, specializing in neonatal and obstetric care. This NICU RN position involves managing a diverse patient population, including neonates and adults, in a fast-paced L&D and postpartum unit. Your role will include triaging obstetric patients, utilizing external fetal monitoring, and assisting with deliveries and C-sections. Expect to monitor and maintain IVs, administer medications, and provide postpartum care—all while coordinating with a dedicated team in a community that offers a mix of outdoor adventures and cultural experiences.
