Job Description:

Join a three-month contract at Tristar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville, TN, working on the 3rd Floor of Building A. As a telemetry nurse in this 25-bed unit, you will spend your shifts managing patient monitoring with equipment like Sara Steady, Wound Vac, Tele Health, and virtual sitters, all while performing assessments and procedures such as IV placements and Foley catheter insertions. The shift is a 12-hour day schedule, offering the opportunity to experience the rhythm of inpatient care in a hospital setting that values both independence and teamwork. You'll be part of a team that operates with a patient ratio of 5-6:1 during the day and 6:1 at night, with flexible weekday scheduling and occasional floating between units as needed. This role is ideal for nurses with strong assessment skills, experience with IV pumps and medication cabinets, and a desire to work with advanced technology in a supportive environment.
