Job Description:

Join a 13-week contract opportunity in Lincoln, Nebraska, working as a Registered Nurse in a 42-bed Medical Surgical unit. This role involves 12-hour day shifts, offering a chance to provide patient care in a busy hospital setting. You will be responsible for managing medical, surgical, and orthopedic patients, collaborating with charge nurses and patient care techs, and utilizing centralized telemetry equipment. The assignment features a moderate patient ratio of 1:5-6, with staff taking a weekly 1:6 ratio at least once per week. The work environment demands adherence to policies such as prohibition on artificial nails and includes a pass/fail skills exam during orientation.
