Job Description:

Join our team as an occupational therapist at Magic Valley Hospital’s Occupational Therapy Department in Twin Falls, ID. This 13-week contract offers a chance to work primarily in acute inpatient and rehab units, focusing on patients with orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions. You'll be handling around 10 to 12 patients daily, with responsibilities involving evaluations, treatment planning, and therapy sessions tailored to each patient's needs. Experience with EPIC electronic medical records and at least one year of licensed acute or rehab therapy experience are essential. The role involves working 8-hour days, typically Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and as-needed holidays. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated manager and support staff, including rehab aides, in a professional setting that values your expertise. It’s a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a well-organized team, with some flexibility depending on your experience, including coverage in ICU if qualified.
