Job Description:

Join a specialized CVOR team where you'll be working in a high-tech surgical environment that feels more like a cockpit than a typical operating room. As a CVOR RN, you'll scrub in on complex cardiovascular procedures, including surgeries involving Impella, ECMO, bypass pumps, and laser lead extractions. This role offers the opportunity to employ your proficiency across multiple service lines, ensuring every case receives your expert attention. Expect to manage a small, focused team on the 1st floor of a well-equipped unit, with a patient ratio of 1:1, and contribute to procedures such as joint replacements, ENT, orthopedics, spine, vascular, thoracic, and more. Your skills in charting, critical thinking, and bedside manner will shine as you coordinate comprehensive perioperative care in a setting that values precision and teamwork. This assignment is perfect for a nurse who relishes a fast-paced environment with a touch of adrenaline and the chance to demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of surgical nursing, excluding robotics, orthopedics, and GYN cases.
