Job Description:

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week contract in Fargo, North Dakota, working with a level IV NICU, PICU, and adult patient populations. This role involves assessing, managing, and educating patients with complex cardiopulmonary needs, including high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and high-risk deliveries. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, performing procedures such as blood gas analysis, ventilator management, intubations, and emergency interventions. The position offers the chance to experience a mix of adult and pediatric intensive care, with collaborative shifts alongside other RTs, and the opportunity to independently manage critically ill neonates and preemies down to micro preemies. It's a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach—perfect for clinicians who enjoy a challenging yet rewarding setting without long-term commitment.
