Job Description:

Join a fast-paced respiratory therapy team at a renowned trauma center in Columbus, Georgia. As a respiratory therapist on this 14-week contract, you'll work primarily with adult patients suffering from complex neuro and pulmonary conditions, including ventilated and intubated cases. Your responsibilities will include managing non-invasive and conventional ventilation, performing arterial blood gases, bedside pulmonary function tests, and patient education. This role offers a unique chance to hone your trauma and pulmonary skills in a facility that is also a regional transport resource for neonates. Prepare for 12-hour day shifts that will challenge and enhance your clinical expertise while working with advanced system platforms like Epic and GE Carescape. Experience managing a diverse patient population in a Level 2 trauma environment with a focus on neuro and respiratory care, all within a collaborative team that appreciates professionalism and skill.
