Job Description:

Join a busy Post Anesthesia Care Unit as a travel healthcare professional, where you'll focus on critical care post-op patients in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing vented patients, A-lines, chest tubes, and midlines, with a variety of cases including orthopedic, gynecological, interventional radiology, stroke, and general surgery. The nights shift offers a calm yet stimulating atmosphere, with every other weekend providing a perfect balance of work and rest. Your expertise in PACU and ICU settings will be essential to providing top-notch post-operative recovery care in this 18-bed unit. Expect to coordinate patient care closely with the team, adhere to ASPAN standards, and handle high-acuity patients confidently, all while honing your skills in a supportive environment that values your critical care background.
