Job Description:

Join a dedicated team working on the Progressive Care Unit at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to hone your neuro and trauma care skills in a 44-bed unit with a staffing model of 95 team members. As a traveler here, you'll engage in a variety of procedures including neuro and spinal checks, chest tube management, PCA pump infusions, and blood transfusions. The shift is 12-hour days, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the scenic surroundings after work. Experience the daily pulse of a fast-paced unit where teamwork and patient focus are key to success. Your expertise with ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications will be valued, especially in neuro and trauma environments that often require readiness for unexpected challenges.
