Job Description:

Join a bustling ICU team in Macon, Georgia, for a 13-week travel assignment as an RN specializing in critical care. This role involves managing medical and surgical ICU patients, including those with sepsis, respiratory failure, trauma, or neurological conditions like ICP monitoring and EVDs. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing hands-on nursing with a patient-to-RN ratio of 1:1-2, depending on acuity. The position offers opportunities to utilize advanced skills such as trach care, chest tube management, and titrating various drips, all within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Travel nurses should be comfortable floating across ICU and PCU units as needed, maintaining flexibility and adaptability through a busy, high-energy setting.
