Job Description:
Join a perinatal float pool as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in San Diego, where you'll rotate across L&D, postpartum, and LDRP units. This 13-week contract offers a unique chance to develop a broad skill set while working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You'll be expected to work six shifts per week with a commitment of approximately 36 hours, plus an occasional overtime shift. Your role will involve supporting various perinatal units, demonstrating clinical competency in both labor/delivery and postpartum care—an essential requirement for this position.
