Job Description:

This telemetry nursing assignment places you on a specialized Medical-Surgical unit focused on adult and geriatric patients. You'll be responsible for self-studying telemetry strips upon acceptance, with a quick test out during the first week to confirm your proficiency before working on the telemetry and med-surg floors. Your role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care by assessing patient needs, planning and implementing interventions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
