Job Description:

This neuro telemetry nursing contract offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, specialized unit where you'll manage patients with complex neurological conditions such as CVA, TBI, spinal surgery, and brain tumors. Your day will include titrating medications like Heparin, Amio, and Cardizem, with a focus on maintaining patient stability and frequent patient turnovers. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts over a 13-week period, providing high-quality care while navigating a unit that emphasizes bedside report and efficient patient management. This assignment is ideal for nurses who thrive in a high-energy environment and are comfortable interpreting EKGs and managing ventilators, although no ventilator care is required.
